Kupath Ezrah in a nonprofit organization deeply rooted in the heart of Rockland County, shining as a beacon of warmth and support for Jewish families during their most vulnerable times. We were founded in 1959 by Rabbi Hershel Mashinsky Z”L and Sam Nussbaum A”H, two visionaries who united to address the urgent need for a Jewish welfare organization in Monsey's blossoming community. Over the past six decades, Kupath Ezrah has evolved into Monsey's most trusted charitable organization, serving Jewish families from all communities and neighborhoods across Rockland County. Our highest priority remains to ensure that each individual and every jewish family in our community knows they can turn to Kupath Ezrah for help during tough economic times, feeling supported and respected.
